Flood

We begin in the vertical stack but all of the non-hot cutters clear out, leaving our main (hot) cutter isolated to make cuts on the force or break side. We can also choose to flood to the force or break side depending on the strength of our handlers and their ability to break the mark

davidfriedmanWe like to create space in ultimate. The side stack is a great way to create space off the pull. As long as the defense plays aggressive, honest man defense, this offense gives us the most space to work with on the field.

M_VARGASSe colocan 4 filas en forma de diamante, se realiza un corte al centro y se crea un flujo de pases avanzando conforme a las manecillas del reloj y pasando por todas las filas.

Ho Stack Hybrid D (3-2-2 Sandwich)
adrockHandlers are covered by person defense, while cutters are covered by a 2-2 zone (2 under, 2 deep). I'd like to try this with men on all of the handlers and women as 1 & 2 (3 & 4 will either be mixed gender if going 4-3 or both men if going 5-2). We'll have to see what works best.
