  1. Step 1

    Instead of forcing one direction or line-trapping we force middle of the field.

    Same as a normal cup with mark being the same unless called otherwise.

  3. Step 3

    Disc swings and mark changes.

  4. Step 4

    We are hoping to force lots of swings which should sit up and float in the wind for easy ds.

  5. Step 5

    Reset with disc in middle.

  6. Step 6

    Wings need to be super vigilant/active as there is going to be opportunities to grab the disc if it is floating.

  7. Step 7

    Reset with disc on the sideline.

  8. Step 8

    If middle handler moves back then the 'number 1' person in the cup may move up (to a point which is no more than parallel to the person with the disc. If this occur there is a fairly obvious gap in the cup so it is the middle's job to fill the space.

    Once the disc starts moving again short deep drops back into position until he/she is required again. (If on the other side then the 'number 3' player will move).
