3 Man Cup Hybrid Poach

This zone is a cross between the 3-2-2 pseudo-cup and a classic 3-man cup. It would be more effective than the 3-2-2 against less athletic teams with better handler movement. The goal of the zone is to take away traditional cutting lanes in the center of the field, force the disc to the sideline, and force a turn there.

It's all about keeping the triangles intact. Rotate within the triangle; handler should take the easiest pass that happens when it happens. Keep the disc on the corners; rearrangement from centre pass is shown on step 3-4.
