30 - 30

Norskov

Mountain-cut, go-to warm up that is commonly called 30-30 or 30s. Once 30 consecutive passes are completed, switch to the other side. If a drop is made, restart counting at 0. The drill is completed once 30 consecutive flicks and backhands have been completed. Sprinting is the key as well as running through the disc i.e. catching the disc and then slowing down.
