Start with 2 equal lines (counting practice!) A a fake deep cut out from one of the lines (Red 1) initiates the drill. Red 2 prepares to throw while 3 sets up a mark (only when Blue 2 starts cutting, if you want to be efficient. Shoulder check! No point in putting on a hard mark when the other line hasn't started cutting yet).
Red 1 changes direction sharply and prepares to make a straight cut towards the outside (break side) of the Blue line.
Blue 1 tries to hit Red 1 as soon as Red 1 turns around from his fake deep cut (to gain more yards!) Red 1 makes sure to run through the disc (continuously moving his feet as he catches the disc). Red 1 joins the back of the Blue line and passes his disc forward to the first person in front of him in line without a disc .
Blue 1 then starts his fake deep cut, mirroring the beginning of the drill (Step 1). Blue 2 gets handed the disc by Blue 3 as Blue 3 puts on a mark.
Step 1 begins again with a fake deep cut by Red 2. Red 3 becomes the thrower while Red 4 puts on a mark.
Continue the cycle! The 2 lines tend to drift farther apart so feel free to demarcate with cones (or distance judging practice!) When you switch the force, also switch the running side.
