Offense

Mailman

First play off the pull, the three downfield players stay on the side to create space for the two handlers to dribble; then as the defence gets close the dribble stops with the outside handler, while the middle handler runs deep for the score. The three players in the side stack need to be careful to not allow their defenders to help on defence and they shouldn't go too deep.

We will use this when we are In the middle of the field, it allows us to attack both sides. The front of the stack can attack the "breakside" (left) space, and the back of the stack can attack the "open" (right) space. The middle deep player is the continuation for either of them

Defense

House(ish) Zone

NathanM

The goal of this zone is to force the disc mid. The hope is to give as many people as many opportunities as possible to make a play on the disc. It is similar to the "House Cup" used by the Open Comp team, but we will not rigidly follow what they do. We will make this our own. There are two groups of partners in this (Player 1&2, Player 3&4). The goal of these players is to force the disc to the middle of the field. In this zone, we do not want to see throws that go up the sideline. When the disc is on player 1&2's side of the field, they play a somewhat traditional cup forcing the disc towards the middle. Player 5 is responsible for any fancy ation that goes upfield down the middle Players 6&7 are deeps. They play essentially the same as deeps do in a regular 3cup. If they get the opportunity to squeeze in and add pressure closer to the action, they should take it, but they should never compromise on having adequate coverage on deep players.
