Offense

Basic Flow

kirkulese

Generic flow for offense, can generally be used in perpetuity if the dumps are both trying to get open. Try getting someone who has a height advantage the disc, next time they cut for goal the thrower should put it through the hoop high and floaty let the receiver utilize height for a score. Can also be used for a speed/agility advantage but the throw should be less floaty. Once you have established this as a viable option to score the defense will likely help from one of the 2 dumps opening up other options.
