adrianliem

Here is a version of a vertical flood play, initiated into the open side, but with the first pass and subsequent flood going Break Side.

1 and 2 are handlers, 3 sets stack, 7 is best cutter; force flick shown. Players must be spread out well and cut with smart direction and timing to avoid picks. Thrower will need to i/o semi-break their mark for the straight forward throw.

Offense

Vertical Stack - Pairs Backhand/Forehand

proctera

2, 4, 7 are handlers. 5 and 1 are Backhand side and 6 and 3 are Forehand side.

Offense

Breakside Strike

adrianliem

An advanced play that relies on having an initial Handler who is able to break the force on the very first throw, and a second handler who can huck it deep.

Offense

Horizontal Offense: Repositioning

adrianliem

Here is a basic sequence showing how to re-establish positioning after moving the disc downfield in a Horizontal Offense. The basic premise with re-positioning is to typically have a Handler fill in the position left vacant by the Lane Cutter. The main goal is to maintain the overall positions where the player with the disc always has 2 options to reset the disc to another Handler, as well as 4 options downfield for continuation passes (2 primary and 2 secondary).
