Step 1

Set up with three handlers and four "ballers" who gather very close together in the center of the field.

Step 2

The ballers begin to rotate clockwise as the handlers swing the disc.

Step 3

The ballers continue rotating until the handlers move the disc away from the line.

Step 4

As soon as the disc is in the center of the field, the ballers all sprint in different directions.

Step 5

The handler throws the disc to the closest baller.

Step 6

The marked baller swings the disc to an open handler as the other ballers continue their cuts,and rotate clockwise once they run out of field.

Step 7

Ballers continue to rotate in wide sweeps until one of them is open for a deep throw.
