Defense

SAG D (H Stack)

pana

The Big Idea: Stifle a standard horizontal play by taking away upfield throws for handlers and covering in and out cuts Note: (Defense is called off once opponent breaks to the middle) Advantage(s): 1. Slows down the offense by taking away the middle 2. Forces offense to try and play up the sideline and/or commit impatient huck. Responsibilities: 1. Sag Cup-Set a 'flat mark" denying all upfield throws and force a swing to either side. When the throw is made to either side, the Sag Cup will shift over forcing the thrower back to the middle while taking away up-line options and the easy swing only giving up the cross-field hammer. 2. In/Out Cut Defenders (BD & TD)-They are responsible for taking away all in/underneath and all out/deep cuts regardless of which player it is on their side.

This is a cool little endzone play that usually always works and is very sneaky

Forcing high release centre field by placing a strong low, straight up mark.

Offense

Bunch & Cut Offense

CFUL

The bunch offense is best played against man defense. While 2 handlers trade off the disc to reset the stall counts while the rest of the offense "bunches" in the middle of the field and cut out creating confusion for the defense.

Offense

Rocket

svervaet

It's a vertical play that can be used when there's a missmatch between one if the O-striker and the d-line. It's working well when all the players know their position and the timing is good.

EndZone

The Tractor Beam

cactuseskimo

An isolation type endzone play. Basically, there's two cuts that repeat themselves. One cut across the endzone followed by an in-cut from outside the endzone. Rinse. Repeat.
