Step 1

Set up with two handlers, one on the sideline, the other ready on the break side to make a dump cut, and a vertical stack in the middle of the field- split in half.

Step 2

1 cuts from the back of the stack to the force side of the handler with the disc and receives the throw.

Step 3

After a brief look upfield, 1 dumps back to the handler 7

Step 4

6 goes back for the break-side swing off the line. Meanwhile, one returns to the back of the front half of the stack and 5 begins the break-side cut from the front of the stack.

Step 5

5 cuts to the break-side and receives the break throw from 6.

Step 6

After a brief look upfield, 5 dumps to 6 as 7 initiates the swing cut

Step 7

6 swings to 7 as 2 initiates force-side in-cut and 5 returns to the back half of the stack

Step 8

2 makes an in-cut to 7 as the drill is reset
