Indoor co-ed sidestack 2
jam96 person co-ed side stack. *Keep the middle of the field, and the deep space, open for cuts. *Make sure we don't strand handlers while changing, or run through the middle while changing.

5-man Zone Defence
pauljoeySetup: (1) "Rabbit" chasing the disc, forcing the nearest sideline and NOT getting broken (2) "Swinger" blocking the swing pass (3), (4) "Mids" stopping the inward cuts (5) "Deep" defender stopping hucks and coordinating the defence The goal is to force the offence toy make lots of difficult passes and force a turn-over. We do this by 1) Trapping the disc on the side-line and 2) Containing the offence into a narrow, limited band between mid-field and the deep defenders. Rules: 1) Don't get broken 2) Mids - DO pickup and mark defenders leaving the containment and cutting in to your area (just like you were playing-man-to-man) 3) DONT make bids on the disc unless you are 80% sure you can intercept it. Use the time to establish position instead (mids and deep must always quickly push down-field when an up-field pass is made).
