vicchesnuttBasic framework for a zone defense in 4v4 play. The defense sets up as a diamond with a rabbit, two wings, and a deep. When the disc advances far enough, the wings and deep collapse into a wall and wait for the offense to get frustrated and screw up.

CJasterThis drill is mostly for beginners. It offers easy understanding of offensive flow, timing the deep cut and the respective deep pass. Variations include switching sides, playing up- or downwind or letting the deep cutter come back in for a mid-distance pass.
