Offense
VS - Vertical Stack
DalethemaleThis is a vertical stack that allows us to open up the field both when we swing, or for an up the line pass. It relies on steady hands, good throws, and team communication plus field awareness. The stack needs to be constantly reset. You just need to get the basic mechanics of how the stack moves and works and once that is done then the rest comes easily.

Defense
UCF2
jackcolicchio1 2 and 3 play hard man to man defense on the handlers. Force is flat, with a slight shade to force middle. 4 and 5 are playing a hybrid cup/middle position. When disc is near middle of the field they are on opposite sides of the mark, as disc moves to sideline, both move to the middle. 6 is playing short deep/roamer/ watching over the top throws. 7 is deep deep. When a downfield cutter gets the disc, 4 5 or 6 set mark straight up. After throw is made they get back into position. If handler streaks, 1,/2/3 don't follow, but rather shift into middle of field until a new handler comes back.

Offense
Vert Stack 5 on 5
gjsin1Simulation for a play for vert stack if handler is in the middle of the field. Take note that you should always clear back to the middle where the stack is to always give space on the left and right side of the field.
