Vertical Stack (Set up)

vp_

Primary Vert stack sets up like a traditional Vert stack | Order of Options/Looks: 1. Deep option from the back of the stack (E) | -- Also setting up for an in-cut | 2. Flat(ish) break side cut from the second in the stack (B) for an inside-out look | -- As these cuts are developing (D) is setting up for continuation depending on where the disc progresses | 3. If Look 1 is not taken, (E) gives an in-cut | 4. If no option is taken, the handler will look to dump

Ho-stack bracket

kimcheesquat

When we can put on a bracket, we will put on the bracket on a pull or a dead disc. However as soon as a player enters your space, you must pick them up. There will be opportunities for you to separate from your player and help in the lanes while the disc is in play. You can use the principles in this diagram. It shows you where it would be ok to sag off your players depending on where the disc is. Must always play with head up and be able to snap back to your assignment at any point.
