Drills
Hex Drill (basic - no disc)
chinkamasterThe Hex sprint pattern is primarily a fitness exercise, with some realistic hex frisbee thrown in there too.
Offense
Short Field Flow if dump clears up line
SomeNiall291) Create Power Positions out of short wins and take advantage of shallow stack (Moves off deep of stack, moves from front stack slash cut for creating a position to execute measured deep shots to where the receiver's defender isn't). 2) Front of stack first move to where the defender is giving them (after looking over shoulder) 3) Man with Disc, aim to move disc and reset to previous Thrower off sideline -Cut upline (openside) or get in position to slash cut (breakside) in front of thrower. 4) New Front of Stack cuts in a reset manner timed off "upline/slash dump cut". 5) Front of Stack then becomes the "dump" in a traditional sense, but utilises where the defender isn't for the reset. 6) Every slash cut wants the early inside/the around, and takes off deep if neither is delivered (that deep cut is on after some slash cut flow). 7) The opposition's force is not vital to the cut, but set up of stack should be shallow and angled to give two lanes for throwers
Offense
Vort(h)ex (Sideline)
chinkamasterSimilar to Ho stack but shape is maintained throughout providing equal spaces with all players and increasing flow efficiency
Defense
Zippers
MNstarpowerzipper plays. We will almost never run the second version of this, unless a team shows that they're poaching a ton in the stack.
Defense
Shy Guy
MNstarpowerShy Guy pull play ran to the break side. We can run this to either side, but running to the breakside is the preference.
Offense
Horizontal stack cut
yeeekennFocus more on the cutting patterns for the cutters. Handler reset will be worked on later.
