Why FORCE important?

lecatty

The possibility of BREAK|||| Force forehand: Let the handler throw forehand only, NO BACKHAND (right-handed)|||| Force backhand: vice versa, only allow opponent's handler to throw backhand, NO FOREHAND whatsoever (right-handed)

Flexy D (Vertical)

The Big Idea: Stifle a standard vertical play by taking away in cuts, covering out cuts along with break and open side cutters. Advantage(s): 1. Slows down the offense by taking away lanes. DisAdvantage(s): if the defense does not communicate they will get burned. CALL ON: Any fruit or vegetable CALL OFF: Any Pastry

Horizontal Stack

vp_

Set up in a traditional Horizontal Stack | The goal for GA's Horizontal Stack offense is to create space and options in the center of the pitch. |Call cutters by number from left to right on the line before the pull 1-2-3-4 | If handlers want to see a particular cutter initiate, call a number starting with the respective cutters number e.g. 16 would activate cutter 1 or 39 would activate cutter number 3. | Always clear to the sideline!
