Defense

Flexy D (Vertical)

pana

The Big Idea: Stifle a standard vertical play by taking away in cuts, covering out cuts along with break and open side cutters. Advantage(s): 1. Slows down the offense by taking away lanes. DisAdvantage(s): if the defense does not communicate they will get burned. CALL ON: Any fruit or vegetable CALL OFF: Any Pastry

Horizontal Stack

vp_

Set up in a traditional Horizontal Stack | The goal for GA's Horizontal Stack offense is to create space and options in the center of the pitch. |Call cutters by number from left to right on the line before the pull 1-2-3-4 | If handlers want to see a particular cutter initiate, call a number starting with the respective cutters number e.g. 16 would activate cutter 1 or 39 would activate cutter number 3. | Always clear to the sideline!

Offense

Dump Option 1

Dump Setup (assuming forehand force) | When we have one dump, always setup on the open/force side. | Handler initiated dump activation (EYE CONTACT!) | Open side options: up field cut or Flash cut | Break side options: up line cut or slash cut

Offense

Vertical Stack (1)

vp_

Primary Vert stack sets up like a traditional Vert stack | Order of Options/Looks: 1. Deep option from the back of the stack (E) | -- Also setting up for an in-cut | 2. Flat(ish) break side cut from the second in the stack (B) for an inside-out look | -- As these cuts are developing (D) is setting up for continuation depending on where the disc progresses | 3. If Look 1 is not taken, (E) gives an in-cut | 4. Handler 1 throws the disc to E| 5. D sets up continuation cut for E and B makes a deep cut from the breakside

Offense

Vertical Stack (2)
