Defense
3-3-1 Zone D
Dartse8This is how the 3-3-1 Z should move and play CONTAIN on the disc. --Cup(Red 1, 2, 3) should prevent breaks through the cup or around the mark. Move together. Don't follow the disc, CONTAIN the disc from advancing. --Wings(Red 5, 6) should always play under wings(Blue 6, 7). --Mid-Mid(R4) and Deep(R7) should shade to the open side because anything over the top of the cup to B4 or B6 will travel slower and will give R4 and R7 enough time to react to it.
