Rotating Diamond Zone Beta
Goucher UltimateHere is a Beta version of a ROTATING Diamond Zone defense. The basic idea is to stop large upfield advances, while forcing frequent and short horizontal throws. The mark should be primarily straight up and should put a lot of pressure on the disc by being highly active.
