Sideline Ho Stack
CadenConnorsThings to remember: 1. cutting up-line; to not cut off other players, commit to the cut and don't dance or turn back. 2. Cutting up-line; don't get stuck on the sideline again. Use the space and make a cut to receive the disc off of sideline. 3. Cutting under; hard v cut with no staying under unless your mark poaches the up-line. Throw should be early and leading, before cutter is level with handler. 4. If the up-line lane is poached we need to recognize and adjust. Someone must be open.
EndZone
BOX - Endzone
SpaceOdyssey5Key Principles: 1.) My teammate's 95% throw is always preferable to my 80% throw. If we work with our legs, that 95% option will develop eventually. 2.) If you are throwing toward a sideline 1/3 of the field, you make an upline cut (regardless of the force). If you throw to the middle 1/3 of the field, you clear to the stack because those strike cuts are too long and flat. 3.) Regardless of whether a strike cut feels valid or not, you must make that cut hard as it helps to move the mark over and make the swing easier. 4.) Communication is key. If Players 5, 6. or 7 are poached then they must make that clear. The two active players at the front of the stack should be communicating who is up next if there is any confusion. 5.) There is a lot of room for variations/audibles in this endzone set. But the 4 active players must feel comfortable with that base set before trying to add wrinkles, in order to prevent miscommunications.
