Disc starts on the sideline (either from a pull or off a turnover), and we are being trapped. If we're being forced back to the middle, this play can either be initiated by #5 and 6 (instead of 6 and 7), or our first look can be to the middle handler.
Sideline cutter (7) initiates a straight cut (no need to fake or anything - just go). This is a viable look for the I/O break if uncovered, but mostly a decoy. Closest middle cutter (6) waits a beat and initiates.
If the decoy cut is not thrown to (it's covered), then (7) clears out and (6) makes their move - both deep and underneath cuts are viable. Note that (4) and (5) are moving, giving (7) space to clear, and also ready to continue for (6)
If (6) gets it underneath, (5) should make a continuation, either deep or underneath.
