Offense
A and B String Offense with #1 handler
DthompsoWe divide the team into these roles: #1 Handler (1) A String Handler (2) A String Mid (4) A String Long (5) B String Handler (3) B String Mid (6) B String Long (7)

Offense
Basic Sidestack
JkeilTwo handlers are positioned I the back field, the three deep cutters take turn running from the sideline into the middle of the field, and then based on how the defense is positioned they either cut deep or under.

Offense
Dice Offence
Jkeil5 person hex offence, where when the disc is set up in the middle of the field it resembles a #5 dice. In general there are always two handler back. If the disc is on the sideline, one of the downfield cutters moves to the middle of the field such as where a handler would normally be in a stack offence. The shape should rotate and players may take on multiple roles in a given point.

Offense
Endzone offence
JkeilThe two deepest players will clear to the back of the end zone to leave space for the two handlers plus front of stack to work the disc in. When close to the goal line the front of stack can make a side to side cut to try and score, if that gets shut down the disc can get recycled to the other handler and they will continue to try and find a way to score.

Defense
Bracket defence
JoshkeilBasic Bracket defence. Has the two deepest defenders each taking the deep or under space. They don't chase their person, but wait for the offensive player to come to them. *Important that the deep defender isn't too deep, just stay 1-2 meters from the deepest offensive player

Offense
Mailman
JoshkeilFirst play off the pull, the three downfield players stay on the side to create space for the two handlers to dribble; then as the defence gets close the dribble stops with the outside handler, while the middle handler runs deep for the score. The three players in the side stack need to be careful to not allow their defenders to help on defence and they shouldn't go too deep.

Offense
Basic Stack offence
JoshkeilWe will use this when we are In the middle of the field, it allows us to attack both sides. The front of the stack can attack the "breakside" (left) space, and the back of the stack can attack the "open" (right) space. The middle deep player is the continuation for either of them
