Harman10Key Reminders • Our core values are Spirit, Development and Competitiveness. Everything we do should encourage funnel through those 3 values. • Value the disc. You can’t score if you throw it away. Additionally, “Put it in the Bank”. If we work the disc down to the red zone, we need to score. No need for risky throws at stall 2. • Help your teammates. On and off the field. On the field, there’s no need to make hero throws, because you should have someone come to help you out. • Communicate well- with our team and the other team. • Look for the dump on stall 4. Turn and address them. • Do the little things that make a difference: “up” calls, hold the force, deny one thing & challenge the rest, keep the disc off the line.
Offense
FM Zone, Three Marks, Offense
amrithamThe is offensive movement against the 3 mark FM zone.
Defense
FM Zone, Three Marks
amrithamRun Down, set up the marks / wall. If the disc is within the central two thirds of the field the person in the two position will put on a FLAT mark while the 1 and 3 pressure the dumps and the wide lane throws (flat mark allows both wide flicks and wide backhands). The wings are positioned to help if the disc swings to prevent the immediate throw to a downfield cutter, as well as adding more pressure to the wide lanes. The mid position (5) has to be flexible, preventing inside breaks to someone directly behind the mark as well as pressuring over the top throws. The deep plays a standard deep role talking to the mid and wings.
Offense
HO Stack (Copy)
ebeattieThe set up is simple. 4 people across spaced out evenly and the cutters must be IN LINE and about 15 yards from the handlers. If you aren't, you are doing it wrong. Cutter 5 and 6 should decide who is the first cut. The simple version of this is that each person stays in the designated lane and they alternate. Primary cutters are 5 and 6 with wings being less crucial.
