andrewcertainThis is another simplified stack explanation, showing what happens when the first cut is not open.

Offense
Simplified basic stack
andrewcertainI created this explanation to demonstrate a simplified version of the stack for my son's 5th-grade ultimate team.

Defense
Zone 1
sma02brownlZone: Couple of changes to the system - PLEASE WATCH BELOW CAREFULLY Defenders 1,2,3 are the cup Defenders 4,7 are the wings Defender 6 is the middle Defender 5 is the long 4 and 7 move round with the cup to fill in the spaces 6 is the most pitch aware person - must understand who is the biggest threat not just who is closest to the centre. Take out all the wanky up the top stuff 5 is deep - if he notices something he needs to tell people about it. SHOUT LOTS The key to this defence is to communicate!

Drills
Endzone drill (training)
jeroen_freespect_beWarm-up drill to get in the rythm. Ideal during the last minutes before the game.
