Offense

Dump and score- indoor

ottawaultimate

This is for 6vs 6 indoor's. In our leagues it is 2 passes before you can score. In this play the handler bails to the flick side and runs a pick at the same time for the bail to give them an open shot. It is embarrassing to call a pick on a handler and convince everyone that the handler was in the way. I like having handler 1 and cutter 6 be females. because we play 6 vs 6 with 4 guys and 2 females on at a time.

Offense

Sideline play

ottawaultimate

Sideline offense after a turn. Look to bail to the middle of the field. If that doesn't work look towards cutters 6,7. We call this an "exam" cut in Ottawa.

EndZone

6 vs 6 indoor endzone

ottawaultimate

- this is my first try at playspedia. This is an easy endzone for indoor 6 vs 6 ultimate. When the disc gets moved into the area of the endzone and endzone is called. Have 3 cutters run into the endzone and 3 handlers stay out. The 1st cutter is 1ft inside the goal line. The 2nd is in the middle. And the 3rd cutter is set up at the back of the dome out of bounds with their butt next to the wall. In most domes there is a wall/ curtain 5ft from the back of the endzone The 3rd cutter out of bounds really opens up the endzone for the cutters and the handlers

EndZone

Endzone handler play

hucker55

This is an endzone play that primarily uses handlers to ,make cuts to break the force and allow cutters the chance to cut for a score.

Offense

Triangle

hucker55

This play uses 2 handlers, 3 mids (in the triangle), and 2 longs. The triangle people rotate looking for an opening.

Drills

Sprinting drill

hucker55

A basic sprinting drill to warm up and improve speed.

EndZone

The Wall

hucker55

This play is used when the offense breaks through your initial zone defense.

Offense

The Cross Iso

hucker55

This is simply an iso that has 2 isos. This iso rellies on swinging and dumping the disc to break the force and let the isos get open.

Offense

vert stack against defender staying long

hucker55

This is an example of what to do if a defender is defending specifically hucks.

Offense

Diagonal

hucker55

Advanced play using green space to the offenses advantage. This scenario is not the only possibilities. for every part there are at least 2 other options which makes the play flexible.
