Basic Zone Defense

tofur59We almost always want to have the disc in the middle of the field in a red zone. The handler can take 6-7 seconds in the middle. When its swung to the sideline we want ONE cut as a continuation to the cone, then its immediately back to the middle where we take another 6-7 seconds. when the swing to the sideline is EVEN with the disc, the thrower attacks the cone. When the throw is DOWNFIELD of the thrower, the stack attacks the cone.
