Defense
Box Defense
TinmanBasic box junk defense. The purpose of this defense is to prevent any kind of hucks (because of the two deep defenders and the hard straight-up mark on the center handler) or upfield in-cuts (because of the poaching handler defenders). Ideally, this forces swings to the sideline for minimal yardage at best, forcing the offense to make many throws in order to score and thus giving many opportunities for the offense to make a mistake or become impatient and turn the disc over.
Offense
Handler Dump Swing
andrewhosiesDump swing play made by the handlers to move the disc across the field.
Offense
Handler Jam Cut
andrewhosiesBasic Jam cut between the handlers. Only do this cut when the center handler has the disc.
