GhostSkits7This is a complex handler drill that my team used to do to for getting used to handling. The goal was to not clog up space and make good, sharp throws along with ways to continuously cut. Works for groups of 3 that go every time the group ahead reaches the offensive brick.

Odstęp między liniami wedle uznania. Im większy tym lepiej ale bez przesady. Kilka metrów wystarczy. Cut'ujący ma w ten dysk wpaść. Nie może na niego czekać. Kluczowy jest tutaj dobry rzut.
