Goucher UltimatePoaching is a common practice in college level ultimate. However, it is only effective if the offense does not know how to counter. Here are a few options. The "Handler Poach" and "Bracket" maneuver will be covered in additional demonstrations.

Fruit
WheelsA type of fruit is called out (banana, orange, apple, pomegranate). Then the beast master makes a cut break side to open side, or open side to break side, depending on where the defender is set up. Everyone else in the stack stays where the are.

WheelsEssentially, this is an anti-boston run from the middle of the field. After the first throw goes off it breaks down into a boston.
