Double ended under

merls

Double ended under is designed to work on vertical stack cut timing and throwing to a space earlier. The cutters working to establish their cuts should be making vertical, straight line cuts and the throws should be put into the attacking space so that they may run onto it and away from their defender in a game.

This is a basic Ho Stack, notice how the 2 middle cutters alternate on who is cutting in and who is cutting out.

Give n Go. Huck Alley

UbudUltimate

Give n Go Drill Down the alley. The focus is on the dribbler to control the disc then huck.

Offense

Horizontal stack 5 vs 5

Disco Yo

WarmUp

Throw n' go

UbudUltimate

Just to get people comfortable with the feeling of running whilst throwing.

Offense

Horo - Miley

Zig

This is the standard Horo initiation play - Play from a pull when its brick - Play from stopage in our Defensive end of the field

Offense

Thirds 5v5

reasonableguy

Create mini sections of 3v3. From a pull, turnover, or them scoring a point, two players will bust deep straight away. The other two will for a stack. The goal is to play two games of 3v3 in each half of the field.

Ho Stack Flow

Things to Keep in Mind {This is the most common initiating cut out of a ho-stack when the disc is in the middle of the field, so, to be blunt, other teams will be aware of it, but this does not mean you deviate from the cutting pattern ( RUN THE PLAY NO MATTER WHAT )} {When you first start this play, if you are 6 in the ho-stack, make a regular under cut to sell your opponent. Once he has fully committed his hips, you should immediately change direction towards the break side and then flare your cut out and VERTICAL, just like we do in 4-Lines at practice (NO PICKS).} {The 5 should incorporate some type of jab step or hesi to gain real estate and catch your defender lacking. All these cuts are options so the 6 could get that initial cut under or the handler could immediately shoot deep to 5's deep cut.} {Ho-Stack cutting is in pairs, which is different from vert where only one goes at a time, so chemistry and teamwork are the qualities that make Ho-Stack successful and rewarding.}

Simplest way to keep the disc in a ho stack.
