Step by step 9 steps
  1. Step 1

Three designated throwers are established and line up with the disc outside of the endzone. They call out "ISO" to let the catchers get into their respective positions in the endzone. Each catcher is assigned a number. When the thrower calls their number they try to get open.

  2. Step 2

If 4 is called then they will try to create an opportunity to score, but if they are covered by their defender the thrower has two alternative options.

  3. Step 3

The first option is to call the other numbers in the endzone and give the other players an opportunity to get open. In this scenario 6 and 5 try to get open and 5 breaks away from their defender for the score.

  5. Step 5

If the players in the endzone fail to get open in time, the second option is to dump the frisbee to a swing (aka the other dedicated throwers) to reset the countdown.

  6. Step 6

This allows the catchers more time to get open. Furthermore, the new thrower can now call new numbers (for example, 7) in the endzone to get open.

  7. Step 7

In this scenario 7 finds an opening and scores the point.

  8. Step 8

This dynamic movement of the disc and the players allow for openings all over the endzone and isnt limited to the few examples shown here. Overall, this play is designed to create a controlled endzone to ensure a offensive point.
