Offense
horizontal basic triangle cuts
RaoooooulTriangle cuts from 2 cutters in front of the disc. Strike from break side Under from open side

Offense
Diamond
cjcolicchioOur basic initiation play. Can be run on sidelines or middle of the field

Defense
Bracket Defense
itskneilWe'll use this as a set play off of a dead disc or the pull. It incorporates a help deep, where someone in the middle of the stack peels off to help a deep huck that goes off. The main idea is that we're forcing a cutter to the sideline and the deep, to where a throw will come off in the same third of the field. This should already be a tough throw and tough read, and then we'll have someone help deep to have a 2 on 1 defensive advantage. **NOTE: This is not a poach! Everyone is playing man defense, but if the throw goes off, we’re ready to help deep.

Drills
sidestack breakmark
DanD8Sidestack breakmark drill, focus on good marks to challenge the throwers. Cut angles need to be steeper than what we habitually do, especially once you add the sideline.
