Step 1

Handler with disc. Offense and Defense will set up at cones as indicated.

Step 2

Both players take off when handler sets disc in play.

Step 3

Offense attempts to catch the disc as defense attempts to make a play.

Step 4

Either Offense makes the catch or Defense makes the D.

Step 5

Next two players line up to start the next throw.

Step 6
