Start in two lines about 15yrds apart. One player dumps to the front of the line and gets a dump right back. The front of the line then runs strike. Once they receive the strike throw they dump to the front of the opposite line and get a dump right back. Then they throw to the striking front of the line. Once you've thrown the strike filter back into the closest line.
