Let's take a look at an offensive start with the disc on the force sideline.
In this case, it's a good idea to start our offense from the handler spot. The center handler should cut up-line and the back 2 in the stack will stay put. The front of the stack will cut to be the center reset and second in the stack can fake breakside before going deep This should all happen by around stall 0/1.
We have 2 options here. Often, the center handler's defender will make the upline a very difficult throw, and the handler with the disc can break around the mark and hit the reset handler coming back to the center. There is an option to looks for a break side huck right off the reset to the middle
In this case, the players in the lanes will clear immediately, and we'll have some continuation cuts off the two players who were stagnant (one at a time please). We can also run the jam with the force side handler running to the break side.
Reset to starting position
If the upline throw is there, the handler with the disc will hit the handler going up the sideline.
In this case, our stack will shift downfield. There is an option for the front of the stack to peel deep to the break side.
And we can get some continuation cuts off the back.
