Zone Defense
Brian8290This shows the cup in zone D, it only focuses on the cup. The idea of this is to make the cup control where the disk goes next, not to just chase it around the pitch as you see most teams do.

Rotating Zone
tschonThis is a rotating zone. #s 1 and 2 are always in the cup. The wings (#s3 and 6) will be rotating in as members of the cup when the disc is to one of the side handlers. The rest of the cup then rotates to compensate for the change. The early rolling of the wings into a cup position should take away some of the earlier throws and allow the cup to set up again to trap the handler. Whenever the disc is on a sideline handler the disc will be forced sideline
Defense
vertical junk defence
hucker55A basic junk defense against a vert stack that can be used against a team that is more athletic and or less skilled.
