Step 1

Player 1 has the disc. Player 4 is the first cut, Player 3 is the long cut, Player 2 is the shadow cut

Step 2

If Player 4 doesn't get the disc, they move to a dump location on the opposite side of the field. Player 2 then makes their shadow cut with Player 3 getting in position to make the next cut.

Step 3

If player 2 does not get the disc, they must clear to the open side as Player 4 did to make room for Player 3's long cut in. Player 4 must get into position to make the next cut by running up the opposite sideline.

Step 4

Players 2, 3 and 4 now are in a triangle cycle to get the disc. If any of them get open, they should get the disc.

Step 5

Player 2 decided to break long as there are now 4 defenders in the Triangle cutting lanes

Step 6

Continue with the box formation or setup for the end zone
