In and Out Drill
sith_wampaThis drill is for practicing the timing of cuts. Run this drill as shown and also with the cutting lines on the left so the handler has to throw to the opposite side.

Endzone Drill
sith_wampaThis is the standard endzone drill. Remember to make outside throws, meaning the throw you make (backhand or forehand) is determined by which direction you're going. Your release point should be in the direction of the other endzone.

Handler Drill
sith_wampaThe point of this drill is to force the handler to practice throwing and cutting while tired. High heart rate and fatigue will impair decision making ability, so practicing your skills while exhausted will help during an intense game. It also helps with timing cuts/throws.
