Initial setup. D (Blue) 1 & 2 are the 'rope men'
Dump - 1 continues the mark- 2 drops off to attempt to cut of quick swing. 3 is looking to stop any up the line movement - 4 is watching for incoming poppers
*IF* the swing gets out, 1 & 2 swap the mark and the force changes with the direction of travel of the disk.
1 pushes in and takes the force into the corner. 2 drops back to attempt to stop the swing.
Dics moves the up line. 1 maintains a trap force to side line, 2 attempting to stop the dump. 4 looks to cut of any quick up the line with backup from the deeper wing (7). 3 attempting to cover the break to the middle of the pitch.
Disc moves to the middle of the pitch. 2 takes on the force (changed with the direction of the disc), 1 maintains the 'wall'. 3 and 4 looking to contain up the field movement and cover any incoming poppers (4 would ideally be looking away from the disc, downfield, looking to cover incoming cuts)
Disc swings to open side. 3 moves over to try and cover the immediate up the line gain. Rope-men move across as unit in preperation for 1 to take back the force.
3 stops the initial up the line gain and thinks about moving back once that threat is neutralised.
3 back to cover the gap and leave the line to the wing.
