Fast-Break Flow
McLaughlinOn a fast break after a D, make sure of two things: 1. before you pickup the disc identify a clear target. Don't put the disc in play and then wait for a teammate to bail you out. 2. whoever is cutting for the disc on the fast break should always run towards a downfield cone. If you "dance" in what appears to be open space, you are simply clogging your offense and negating whatever advantage the fast-break situation afforded you.
