Defense
Diva Cup
aaronpparkerStolen from Seattle Riot. Basic formations for our 1-2-3-1 Junk D. The primary goal is to deny upfield throws. This junk does not intentionally create a trap, but in the presence of appropriate weather it can easily turn into a trap.
Drills
Stack Flow Drill
tallpaulSimple three cone drill to practice continuous cutting and throwing drill to teach timing and clearing. Tell them not to watch their throw but to SPRINT to the line to teach clearing. Be sure to have a couple more people in the outside lines (A & C) than in the middle line (B). Rotation is to go to the line you threw to, if someone is stuck in same for a while, have them switch with another line.
