Offense
Y - Standard Setup
tusharThis play is our standard setup after a point is scored. Right handed flick force is standard. Back hand force typically makes this easier. The idea on this play is to isolate and create space in the middle of the field for one cutter. This cutter has to work hard to get open and we have to be patient. The other cutters are in the end zone and have to keep their players busy. As soon as the throw goes off they can then reactively move to keep the play flowing. There are variations of this play based on defensive player setup. Notice how the ISO cutter also starts shifted towards the disc. This allows us to move outwards into space.
Defense
Monkey in the Middle!
ask.chuaaaThis counter-defense play emphasizes on "teasing", hoping to fool the rival and regaining possession of the ball.
