Defense
Box and Cup Zone
SenseiCAYThis is a modified zone look using both two- and three-person cups. Works well in any wind, or just as a zone look different than your traditional 3-3-1.
Offense
Sidecar (O initiation)
SenseiCAYPlay call can be any actual cocktail/mocktail (e.g. Cosmo, Margarita, Shirley Temple). Offense initiation play, working from the sideline or the middle. All but one cutter (furthest break-side cutter) go deep, clearing the space for that cutter.
Offense
Coke (O initiation)
SenseiCAYPlay call can be any mixer (coke, soda, orange juice, seltzer, etc). This is an initiation for offense that works from a centered or sideline-trapped disc. The two force-side cutters make clearing cuts to clear the space for the nearest break-side cutter to enter the strong space.
Offense
Tequila (O initiation)
SenseiCAYPlay call is any spirit (tequila, vodka, rum, etc.). The idea is to get the disc moving from the sideline.
Offense
Trapped handler dump cuts
[email protected]When the disc is trapped on the sideline, these handler cuts are meant to not only reset the stall count but to create more space on the force side of the field.
Offense
Railroad tracks: Handler Dump Center Disc Backhand Force
[email protected]Handler motion when the disc is centered with a backhand force. Cuts should be parallel like railroad tracks.
Offense
Handle Wheel or Hurricane dump
[email protected]Handler movement for ho stack with a flick force in the middle of the field.
EndZone
Endzone Drill (front focused)
kevmoseyEndzone drill that focuses on the front of the stack. Most drills that I've seen have the back of the stack cutting, but that isn't common in an endzone set during a game.
