Dominator Drill
Dartse8Works on quick movement between 3 main players close to the disc. Start by using 2/3 of the field width so passes aren't to far but enough room to break away from defenders.

Marcus Ranii-DropchoNote that the "4" can either drop into upfield coverage here, or can play man to man on the close handler, making a swing to the other side the only option. Also it should be noted that as a cup position, your role should be fluid and you be able to rotate from position to position. Also, trapping both sidelines should just be called out by the chase.

Marcus Ranii-DropchoIt should be noted in this play, that this throw occurred a few times because of the hammer and polamalu not communicating about who was downfield and anticipating the discs continued movement to the left side of the field. This also happened on the left side of the field.

Marcus Ranii-DropchoA lot of times when we repped this sideline to sideline situation in practice, if we didn't get numbers in the right places to stop the downfield throws of the offense, they would pick holes in between our players who were not set. Oftentimes, this was because the polamalu middle position just ran over to the sideline without picking up a man specifically.
