Defense
Side Stack Start
mcassell12Side Stack Start Notes. 1) This is a pull-play only. We transition into vert after this. 2) The first two cuts are quick succession. As soon as player one commits to a space, player two will mirror to the other space.
Offense
Delle Donne
mcassell12Notes: 1) Often this throw can be a free pass if the opposing team doesn't run down the pull. 2) This play should be called so that a strong thrower is at the front of the stack getting the disc. A "finisher" should be setup at the back of the stack for the continue.
Offense
Break Side Dump set
mcassell12Break Side Dump set general principles. 1) Highest priority thrower is the initial throw to space. 2) Use your pump fakes 3) Don't be selfish as a reset, especially if you are our first look.
Offense
Force Side dump set
mcassell12Force Side dump set general concepts. 1) Be bias toward clearing. Our fills are coming to the force side for the thrower. 2) Use your pump fakes to tell your reset what you're thinking 3) Reset, attack one of two lanes. Upfield, or horizontal. Fills from the front of the stack, and follow the SAME PRINCIPLES as our original reset. Two spaces to attack, just from a slightly different angle.
Offense
Endzone Offense (Autozone Call)
mcassell12Endzone offense general principles. 1. Increased tempo. 2. Front of the stack dominates. Initiation and short swing continues. 3. Back of the stack cuts for bigger swings that cross the plane of the stack. 4. Keep the disc in the middle of the field. It is HARD to score from the sideline. Attack from the center 5. Turn it into a 4v4 game. Disc, dump, front of stack, back of stack
