Two players are deep and work in a pair. After downfield flow through the middle, we try to hit one of those lads. They split the deep. if one of them get it, then they know they are looking to hit the other man in an iso. Everyone else... Any throw forward, follow your pass for the "dribble". Receivers should hit the last thrower again if the pass you received was a wide pass or a incisive pass. Any throw backward, leads to an immediate swing, or a pass back to the man who threw it backward immediately, if the defense shifts fully to leave that man free. We look to follow up any sidewards or forward passes. Finally, the moves to get the disc up the pitch, through the middle that work really well are lateral cuts. the lateral cuts are perfect for after the thrower passes to the wing and receives the pass again immediately. Unless the popped immediately to another these lateral cuts are better executed when the cup fully forms and you can see where to run between the lines.

Endzone offense. Throw to the back of the stack is on as a first throw. Middle stack, get tight together, and feed in as front of stack as cuts happen. Moses is if there if there is an openside poach. Cut from front, if not thrown, can still be a goalscorer in this play, but in the opposite side of the endzone. The second in stack looks for the disc the opposite side. This also clears an opportunity for a moses play, with the third in stack being passed the disc if they are free. If not, the disc to second in the stack is on, or the first cut to the opposite corner. If they are playing clam or poach offense, - treat it as a zone offence, keep them spread and we will find a gap.
