The first cut is coming from the 7. This cut is not meant to get the disc. You are to bust deep to clear the cutting space for the 6. Go deep to keep your man from sitting in the lane. (Ideally we get swings off here, but this is the progression regardless.)
6 cuts into the cutting lane and 5 cuts opposite of 6.
If a throw up field occurs. Handler flow will typically move like this. Furthest from the disc push upfield. Communicate with "I'm out"s.
Swing the disc and push upfield. The disc is now centered, so you are cutting to the rails and not into the lane. 1 regains his handler space.
If you are standing anywhere in the throwing lane, gtfo.
