We will have 3 handlers back (1,2,3) and are ready for the dump and swing. 2 sitters/poppers (4,5) are looking for short passes upfield - maybe through the cup. 2 wings (6,7) are looking for the pass from the swing (1 or 3) . The wings will try to split the deep or split the mids.

lysosomeM: no inside, take a step back to really seal it 1: no upline 2: no around or backfield, very aggressive in backfield (6 is help) 6: help on floaty cross-field; depending on how aggressive can also fully come defend the break side backfield Ways to beat the set - 1 and 2 both flood backfield / break side quickly, before 6 has opportunity to poach in - If 6 poaches too aggressively, a good thrower could hit a cross-field hammer or OI backhand

lysosomeM: no inside 1: no around / backfield 2: hard person D 3: upline space poach On offensive 1 upline cut, the 1 must detach and pass to the 3. They must have eyes up and look to cover the poached offensive 3 coming back to the breakside, or the offensive 1 reversing direction and coming back to the break side. Ways to beat the set: - send both the upline 1 and the poached 3 to the backfield / swing side - straight back dump + swing
