Defense
Zone Defence
griselThis is a 3-3-1 zone defence. Basic idea: instead of chasing someone around in a person-to-person D, we are marking a SPACE. So if anyone comes into your space, mark them. If someone leaves your space, warn your team mate. If the animations are too confusing, don't worry just remember the general positions in frame 1 :) Positions: 3 people in the cup - one tight and stall counting, the other two must be at least 2 meters away from the disc. 3 people mid field - responsible for stopping the continuation throw. 1 person deep - responsible for communicating with everyone else and stop any deep throw. Side line plays an IMPORTANT role! Let a player know that you're talking to her and warn her "left hand" or "right hand" or "you've got two now" or "drop now, mark number XX".
EndZone
ISO
nerrey14iso is an endzone play we'll use when we're close to the endzone and when there's an obvious mismatch on one of players handler who picks up will call out "ISO *insert player name*" the stack's setup should hug the sideline
EndZone
Endzone Stack
nerrey14have one player initiate stack by calling out "stack on me" (this is done when you get close to your endzone) stack should line up with disc and spread out stack should setup very quickly
